INSTRUCTIONS:  This form is for documenting your forum contributions.  1-5 points will be given for each contribution depending on the instructor's estimate of its length and qualities.  Roughly speaking, an post of average length and quality = 3 points. 

CLASS PARTICIPATION: Your class participation grade will be based on a standard scale (90%=A {4.0}, 80%=B {3.0}, etc.) counting 260 pts. as 100%.  A+ grades will be awarded for participation over 90% (94%=4.1, 97%=4.2, 100%=4.3). Participation grade components:.  

• Attendance: 5 points for each session.  Perfect attendance would accumulate 130 points.
• Forum Participation: 1-5 pts. per entry (as described above).
